7-Day Free Trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method (such as a credit card) is required to start the trial. You get full access during the trial and are not charged during it. When the trial ends, your chosen plan begins billing automatically — cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. After cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing period. The paid month is non-refundable, but you won't be charged for the next cycle.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund (for the unused months) if requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, cancellation stops auto-renewal but the rest of the paid period remains active — no refund.
ROI Savings Guarantee (a separate, additional commitment)
In addition to the standard refund policy above, annual customers also have a separate ROI Savings Guarantee: after a full 12 months, if the savings we measured for you are less than the subscription fee you paid, we refund the difference (capped at 100% of the subscription fee paid). That guarantee has its own eligibility conditions, measurement basis, and claim process and applies independently of this Refund Policy; where both would cover the same amount, you are not refunded twice. Exceptions — Full Refunds
We issue full refunds for:
- Extended service outages (over 24 hours of unplanned downtime)
- Material product misrepresentation that support cannot resolve
- Duplicate charges caused by our error
How to Request a Refund
You can cancel directly via "Manage billing" in your dashboard. For refund requests, email [email protected] with:
- Your account email
- The order ID (in your Stripe receipt)
- Reason for refund
We'll respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (5–10 business days for the bank to settle).
Non-Refundable Situations
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Charges arising from abuse or fraudulent activity
- Requests outside the eligible window
